My Kids' road trip with jinx
They just got on the Turnpike. Headed west. I've been promised daily updates with locations and pictures. I'll put it all in this thread, so they can review it when they get home...
There is no specific route set, I'm told.... which is the way to do it. Just the three of them.... which I'm only marginally worried over... jinx can handle herself.... so, here's the first entry: Leaving Downingtown, Pa at 10:43 am, entered PA turnpike at 11:12 AM west bound.

they are driving through Illinois on rte 80 presently. 100 miles to Iowa.

Clinton Iowa.
edit..... still on rte 80... they must be in Davenport. Clinton is north of there on rte 30.

They mentioned going to Moab and setting up camp and doing day trips from there for a time.... but that could have changed.... All my info comes from the kids, and they are a little vague.
