It has a nice late heat. It's supposed to age for a couple weeks so I'll know more then. I was surprised the ghost peppers didn't take over but maybe with a little time they will assert themselves. These all came out of the garden so maybe cross-pollination weakened them. I may make another batch tonight and skip the banana peppers and increase ghost, cayenne, and jalapeņo. I'll need to be careful putting in my contacts.
