The upside of diminishing memory is the search of things turns up forgotten treasures*.
Long ago I dislocated my shoulder trying to rescue a dog and was hospitalized overnight.
In the aftermath they sent me to a physical therapy place which gave me a bag of colored
elastic bands three or four inches wide and about four feet long.
I just found them in a plastic bag, but they had deteriorated into a flaky lump. Kind of like
Mission Impossible instructions on tape. However the exercise instructions survived.
I guess you could use a bra or condoms tied together to do these strengthening exercises.
