They are exactly halfway between Coldplay and Portishead. The new single is also out, and hopefully embedding is allowed now:
This is so completely original, yet it's borrowing from all sorts of places! Like Portishead, it takes repeated listenings even to find the "song" in it. |

this song popped into my head tonight straight from high school with its bittersweet and somewhat uncomfortable memories. I decided to wiki the Bee Gees out of curiosity, knowing next to nothing about them other than relentlessly hearing their music.
I was stunned by what I read. I had no idea how many artists have covered their work.
