Here is one example: http: //maltekeil.de, nevertheless, now I have found a site for which there is a reason. And it fulfils its selfput purpose.

I couldn't quite make out what exactly the guy meant...I thought that he was giving props to COTWP, but some of the words didn't make sense to me (or Google). And I wanted to make sure that I understood the true meaning of his statement.
