sofa (US) with couch as second choice. Settee (UK)
um what was the second question? oh pop (US) fizzy drink (UK) toward/towards depends on context, it's grammatical thing not a dialect thing.

I say "Cellar" at the moment of orgasm ...but most of the letters are silent and some have an extended pronunciation.

I grandmother used to say, Davenport. I say sofa or couch. I would call something a settee if it was a little entry way thing or some other small type sofa. The kind you look at but never want to sit on unless you are swooning. :P
Interesting that I bought a duvet cover to put on my comforter. I bought a quilt for the patchwork design. I go toward unless someone comes towards this way. I drink soda pop. |
