I was using a CPap. When I finally got it working well, they gave me some medication that damn near killed me. Haven't used it since.

Go to a Goodwill store or someplace and buy some really strange clothes, bing some stuffed animals/toys to sleep with ... just thinkin here.

I'm leaving for my sleep study in a few hours. Freakishly, I'm hoping it's apnea. That would explain a lot.

They explicitly told me I can't sleep naked. They didn't say anythign about a ballerina costume, however. You might try that LJ.
