it's an intricate process. nah really it's easy. water. lots of water. you take trash bags and fill them with however many gallons of water you need. 1 gallon of water = just over 8lbs. tie off and re-wrap the bag if you can otherwise use another trash bag for protection. put the water bag in a shirt that doesn't stretch, something like a doctor or nurses scrub shirt and tie it off at the base. then take a broom handle and run it through the sleeves. presto, you have a curling bar. now that is for the really heavy bags, like hundred pounders. to make lighter water bags put them in some sort of hand bag in my case we used commissary bags with a t-shirt for a handle and you have your one arm curls and reverse curls (or whatever that exercise is where you lift weights behind your back) or whatever exercise you can dream up. we had a lot of time on our hands. we dreamed up quite a few of 'em.

Well, in spite of the fact that I had chocolates for lunch one day last week, I have now lost 9 lbs in the past 3 weeks. Just changed my eating habits...counting calories and getting lots of protein and fiber. No sugar (except for the chocolate lunch) and cleaning someone's house every day makes a huge difference. It isn't like I am going hungry or anything, either. I think I just must have been eating a lot of junk for a while there.

Yay!!!! Good for you, Kerosene! Good eating habits are so important. As for me, I gained 3 lbs. Doesn't help that I just ate 2 donuts. Okay, I'm gonna have to do some form of aerobic exercise later.

Btw, Plthijinx, how's ur exercise coming along? Dude, show us some muscles.

That's excellent, well done. I'm gaining weight like a blubber monkey. I need spring to arrive and turn off my hibernation switch.

Damn I know what you mean. Last week I thought it was turned off...we had some really nice sunny days, and I took several walks. But this week it's back to blechy blech.
