For as long as it lasts
I started eating better and exercizing (again!) in June. It's been a long time since I felt motivated to do it. The "Before" pic is what got me going. It's amazing how different the image in the mirror is from what the camera saw!

The after picture is actually how I think of you, so the before picture was quite a surprise. Back to your original spanky self and a damn good job in getting there. You still thinking of moving to the West Coast? They won't know what's hit them.

Thanks again guys! And yes Sundae, still planning on moving back to CA in January, once my lease is up here in AZ. :-)
This is actually the longest it's taken me to lose weight once I've started. Getting older, I guess. When I first moved to CA back in 1989, I weighed 285. I started working out and dieting for the 1st time in my life and was down to 160 in 4 months. That lasted about 2 years. It also helped that I was doing 3-4 hours per day of stairmaster 7 days a week. No way I could do that now.
