Thank you, Sundae. I don't cook well, so I'm hoping with practice I can cook faster and better.

I'm reposting the recipe because the other file was too small, which made the words not too easy to read.

There's a new thread in which you might like to post. You can give tips on how to best employ foodstuffs like whipped cream, honey, olive oil, and being a Texas gal maybe even BBQ sauce! Your passion for food may lead to other passions in that Cellar thread..

I just made some kimchi fried rice. The flavor is a bit lacking. I think perhaps my kimchi is old and bad. Anyway. ....

I know, right? I think maybe it's not the kimchi itself but the recipe I used. It calls for 1/2 kimchi juice 1/2 water. I think that diluted the flavor. I mistakenly think it's the kimchi's fault. Frankly, the older the kimchi, the better kimchi fried rice would taste. Anyways, the fried rice tasted better the next day.

After my niece's 5th grade graduation ceremony, we took her out to lunch. These are the food we, not the kid, ate. The first 2 dishes are Singaporean noodle and clams. The next 2 are sauteed bean leaf and calamari. The last dish is crab.

I know, right? My cousin posted on FB pix of his son's graduation ceremony from PRE-K. Yes, you read that right. And his daughter had a cap and gown graduation ceremony from kindergarten.

Sundae: We went to a Chinese Vietnamese restaurant, so it was a blend and not pure Vietnamese food. As for stalls, you're more likely to get "ba le" (baguette) sandwiches, egg rolls, springrolls, and other finger and "fast food" style food.
