my kitty
doesn't want anything to do with me until I get on the computer and then she wants to love all over me, walk on the keyboard and lay right between my hands so I have to type around her.
well played, demon kitty. well played. PS if I'm NOT on the computer I don't exist as far as she's concerned.

Maybe I could hire her to play with Carrot, aka The Dog Nobody Ever Plays With.

Demon kitty?
Well, I wonder where she learned that from?! Don't curse me demon Trilby. Diz wants to wake me up 20 minutes before my alarm, every day. Not to be fed. Not to snuggle. Just for attention. He will stand on my hair, bite my nose and chin, paw my face. The times and reasons for this early waking occasionally change, but at present it is definitely an attempt to get me to turn the light on (which used to be the trigger for "allowed" attention giving). So at present I am getting up and going downstairs, leaving him shut in my room. I hope this avoidance strategy might get through to him. I think I may be over-estimating the reasoning skills of his tiny cat-brain.
