Now you can go ahead with creating what you want without the excess baggage of too much indoors and maintenance nightmares, and with efficient HVAC. Tis a blessing in disguise I tells ya.

Mom and sis coming to visit today. I moved the pots to the other side so they can access the railing. Would not have thought to do that but for Bruce.

Also gave me the opportunity to clean up the weeds growing in that corner. And the way the sun angle is, they'll get more direct light today.

Ripley planted those for us. I want to move.

75 yr old mom came straight up the center of the stairs. Didn't even look at the railing.

What can I say, she hasn't abused herself like I have, good for her.
But either way, you were prepared, and it keep you busy for a few minutes.

You've had fun. Ride it hard, put it away wet. Biff did that. He lived.

I have no idea when I took that screen shot. Probably... Oh wait.... 7:35 am on the 11th. The morning before the second showing. They left the garage locked for the first one. I would post the Zillow link, but that's putting my future address on the web.

Good front porch, tidy lawn

Look at that fucking stove. 6 gas burners and dual ovens. Flat top grill.

Front and back stairs again (had that in elverson, loved it)

Decent sized deck with south west exposure.

YUUUGE Sycamore tree dominates the perfect sized back yard (push mower - able, but big enough to get married in)

They're taking the fire pit... Weird, but ok.

Parking for 6 cars

The driveway will be re paved. Not sure if I'm paying for that, or if I can work it in after the inspection, but either way.

We will also have to move the laundry hook ups from the basement to the second floor. I'm done with basement laundry in my life.

The rest is unremarkable. Nice, but just a house.

The garage is 150% the size I now have. I'll put a shed next to it for yard equipment. Should have ample room to make sawdust.
