Less than nothing, I guess. Edit: with just a dash of flavor.

I always have Diet Coke for breakfast. And elevensies. And lunch. and afternoon tea. and dinner. Often (but not always) at the same time as a huge cup of tea.

I HUGE plate of calamari and fresh fish...I love being near the ocean....although I feel sick now, but I think that has more to do with the belly full of salt I took in rescuing a too brave 4yr old

DN - You risked your life and jumped in the ocean to save a small child from a Great White shark! You are my hero. And to think that you almost died in the process.

Ha, its not as awesome as it sounds......T man loves the ocean and the tide was coming in really fast, the waves over here in the Indian Ocean are a lot more aggressive than the other side of Australia and the little turd was too far out when the big waves started pounding in.
Of course he got bowled over by the first BIG wave that came in and couldnt get his feet back under him before the next one came along, I went in for the rescue, but a drop off took me by surprise. |

Thread drift. Canned corn beef simmered with taters and onions over toast.

The simmering makes a sauce?
Cannned corned beef works quite well enough as the meat in Bolognese pasta sauce, too. Meanwhile, around the house, we reckon pastirma substituted for Armour brand Chipped Beef would do nicely for creamed chipped beef on toast.
