I guess Glatt gets the win (imagine that). He said MRI machine...It's a CT Scanner with its clothes off. I did not know ALL that shit was spinning inside there:

I think that the only purpose of the casing is to keep from scaring the patient. And it's a dust cover.

Dang, I missed this one. Something I actually knew!
Re the MRI, that's why they do orbital x-rays of anyone who may have even a faint possibility of having metal in their eyes (people who work on grinders, other types of metal-working etc.), prior to running the scan.
