Thank you sir, I had not seen that animation since it first occurred, so it's a weird youngster memory for me. We didn't even know why it might be funny at the time, but it was.

I would have sworn I was younger than 15 when that came out. More like 10.

the tables sliding around in the ballroom of the cruise ship at the end of the video are downright dangerous. That would be the cruise from hell.

There was some footage online recently that showed something similar, then below decks it really got crazy with lockers, crates, and forklift trucks tossed around.

That cruise ship video, you know, you would probably break your hand if you were on that cruise...

... from banging it on the counter, when you find out that A) there are no hurricane refunds on cruises even if you get hit by a piano, B) you've signed away liability, and C) cruise ship doctors suck.

Very cool time lapse short out of Poland. Not only do you get to see the results from a new tracking rail gizmo (like a dolly shot) you also get to see it in action as you see the shot and the shot being made. The set up seems to be at a stargazers conclave, there is plenty of hardware and star shots.

Very nice, I've got to watch that a few more times. Two thumbs up.

I'm not sure how he gets that HDR look though.

oops, here it is, in my own link:
Quote:
With the advent of low cost consumer digital cameras, many amateurs began posting tone-mapped HDR time-lapse videos on the Internet, essentially a sequence of still photographs in quick succession
