Well, let's see. Say I wanted to get birth control pills and my DH didn't want me to. Or meds for depression. Or meds for anything else, for that matter, that was optional, I wasn't going to die without them but they'd make me feel better about my life.

DH could very well sit in that doctor's office and say, hell NO, you're not putting my wife on the pill. I want her to have babies. Lots of babies! Barefoot and pregnant, that's how I like it!

I highly suspect you'd go to the doctor and get the pill anyway, or would at least defend a woman's right to do so.

Perhaps he was embarrassed to discuss it with you. I think many men would be.

Sexual irony. Your husband is treating his ED and you're taking it hard.

I don't get how you'd feel 'violated'. A man's ability to perform sexually is a pretty damn personal thing. That hardon is what he brings to the bed games, how he goes about getting it is surely up to him?

Maybe your husband didn't want to discuss it with you because he was afraid you'd post it on the internet.

LOL!!!! Aaaah! lol!

No...really.

Any new prescriptions should be discussed. Of course I am divorcing so son't listen to me.

If my partner came to me with that problem and wanted to remedy it, well what's not to discuss?

Sometimes I wish you could get a script for viagra without your husband knowing you're going to give it to him...you know, for those times when he thinks he's just too tired?

That probably wouldn't work, as it provides functional capability, but it's still the brain that makes it happen. Viagra won't overcome exhaustion or distraction on it's own.

lol...I can't help it! I find my husband desirable but he gets pretty tired after he's been travelling and working hard...and I've been sitting on my arse at home getting antsy...and missing him.
