I think this is the Bill that sets up a Consumer Protection Agency, but for some reason "car dealers" are exempt.
Now, how many more ways can car dealers assure continuation of "worst reputation" ?

It was more of an open point about regulations in general. I wasn't talking about these specific taxes.
