Actually the fastest growing segment in our overpriced health care system, the segment with the most escalating prices and profits, is Medical Devices. This is partially because of the increase in the elderly population, and a great deal due to rapidly development of technology.

And the table is the insurance company CEOs, not the pharma CEOs. Insurance companies make their money by denying you prescription medication, not by supplying it.
