I don't think so, there's too many of them that are just hanging on a link that couldn't be securing anything. Also, there seems to be a bunch of different kinds, but that may be a supply problem over the pre-capitalist years.

You might call them otters, but that probably wouldn't change the fact that they're seals. Harbor seals is my best guess.
