I drink the diet stuff which is carbonated so the CO2 displaces some of the H2O in a given volume and you don't have to pee as much.

I'm trying not to add to the transportation of bottled water so I get mine from the tap. I'm mithering about getting a soda stream to gazify our tap water ....
