(the association is a personal one - Chicago (Chicago Transit Authority) opened for Hawkwind when I saw them in Wolverhampton in 19dot.dot)

ah, truely a classic, cap'n. And the best night of my life.

Pink Floyd at Birmingham Hippodrome, circa 1974. Smallish theatre, we sat right behind the mixing desk in middle circle.

First set was 'Dark Side', second was (then unreleased) 'wish you were here'....



association has to be 'Shine on You Crazy Diamond' in memoriam for the late Sid.
