HotPastrami turned me on to this program a while ago, but i never did download it for some reason. It allows you to re-map the keys on your keyboard.

so....i finally did get it, installed it, and swapped my apostrophe and my semicolon. I even swapped the actual keys on my keyboard to match. this is on my work computer only for right now, but i'll do it at home soon too. Hopefully, this will put an end to my semicolon revolution. ooohhh.....i just noticed that i hit it back there when i typed "i'll"......thanks alan...from everyone, i'm sure.
