Rebuilt the main fuse today

Intricate little arrangement

The wires are too short to reach the clip on the fuse box cover, so I wire tied it to the harness. This bike has a lot of wire ties on it.

Stuff like that is so important but such a pain in the ass to do. Knowing it's even a bigger pain to re-do makes it take even longer.
If you ever decide to sell it, this thread is a sales tool.

I caved in and bought a pair of 2X reading glasses the other day. Incredibly useful tool. I was able to see what I was doing.

I even replaced the pinch clamp on my new clutch lever at night. The clamp is smaller than a dime in diameter, and the holes at the ends are so small, I had to file down the tips of my smallest pinch clamp tool to get a hold on them.

I was about to ask where he's working, but you probably don't want to say the name... Is it food service? Some other kind of customer service?

It's a bar restaurant near his house. He's a dishwasher. Same first job as dad.

Well of course, if you were to sell in now you could rattle off chapter and verse every detail about the bike. But 10 years down the road, if you decide to sell it this thread is a record of how carefully you put it all together.

Wear out a brand new pair of horsehide gloves in a week, hacking up hayseed dust at midnight, suddenly stop sweating in a 130 degree hay mow... nope, not a bit.
