Bluecuracao, whom we now know to be truly a beauty by dint of her recent photo posting with her Monkeyboy in tow, is being birthdayed today! Happy Day, BC. Here's hoping Monkeyboy will share his banana with you!

Thanks for the birthday wishes, everyone. For my birthday, I caught a killer cold. No prob, had nothing really big planned anyway. I was born on my dad's birthday so spent the day with family.

I will probably be very scarce in the next few days. I'm moving on Sunday, and am trying to get all that squared away. Trying to get caught up with work, and make arrangements to work on whittling away at my debt. I'm sad, scared, relieved, exhilarated, sick, apprehensive....all at the same time.

So, keep me in your prayers, or whatever your equivalent of that may be. If I can make it through the next few months I will be OK.

Hope you all are well!

Thanks everyone--it's been a pretty good day so far. My monkey let me sleep late, and has been well-behaved in general today, and my husband took me out to lunch at a local Mexican place with a patio (it's absolutely perfect weather out there today.) And Amazon delivered some exciting books and CDs from my relatives, including "The Time Traveler's Wife" as recommended by lumberjim. Hooray!
