what? you mean StL actually has places nicer than America's Pub ,Ozzie's , and The Funny Bone ? Actually there is a nice little Irish-ish pub upstairs from TFB that i've enjoyed extensively. Good Guiness and super friendly bartenders.

Other than the Westport Sheraton and the attached strip of bars, i've only been down by the stadium for games.

Yes. The best bars are in the City, primarily on Laclede's Landing and in Soulard. My personal favorite is McGurk's.

Second the Soulard....old brick, tin roofed bars with great real beer and big pork sandwiches.

Oh and Ive just seen that the BelAirs play a monthly gig at BBs Blues, Jazz and Soup. That'd be awfully fun! 'Specially if you appreciate Rev Horton Heat.

I saw them once...at the Blue Note in Columbia, MO 10 years ago. They were pretty good.

A friend of mine had his '56 Chevy Bel Air used on one of their album covers many years ago. Those guys used to play at Blayneys in Westport here in KC for years.

I wasn't able to get in this afternoon. The login sent me to a 404 screen.

Whew!

I got the 404 screen when I got to work this morning. I thought that Com Squadron might have killed my connection to the login screen. I got the same message when I got home, I knew something was up. Glad to see everything is working again. Hello and welcome back fellow Cellar Dwellers. I missed you so....*sob, sniff*
