There's a difference between busting chops and demeaning ridicule. How can I improve if I don't know where I am now? To know that I have to ask, and I have to be able to measure it in some way. This is how it works at work for me. I originally asked you about what's not working (what's untrue) in this same spirit. I'm not doggin you, or callin you out, or cross examining you. I'm seeking to improve. I could use your help, please.
