Nope, can't find a thread called "how much does it cost to build a fence" can only find "how much does it cost to fence a yard." Of course, my search skills might be off.
The only reason I remember it was because of the subsequent jokes regarding the phrasing: "fencing" as selling stolen property, etc. I guess my memory only sucks sorta, not completely.
