Pretty dry here. The showers that were around missed.

I've been on this pandemic-inspired fix up my house jag. Some of you may remember that about 13 years ago I started an ambitious addition to my house project that stalled after double rotator cuff injuries, divorce, depression, and wolves. This year I was determined to get the addition sided. Yesterday I got the gable end completed. I'll post photos later.
It's a huge feeling of relief and accomplishment. I still have two more walls to do but they are smaller and not as complex.

Not quite as dramatic as Griff's door and foootsie's work, but I finished the gravel round the AC unit project. Before, it was muddy with a few straggly weeds and became a quagmire when the faucet was in use. I have also worked on the faucet connection being less leaky, but it's just an asshole. I bought the stuff and started this projecct a while back....then stalled. But now I is done and I are very happy with it

What's making you happy today?
Got m'car back from the car doctor yesterday afternoon.
New drums, shoes, spring kit for the rear. Apperently, there was a miscommunication and no work was done under the hood, so, I still have the intermittent very high idle issue. If/when I take care of that, that'll be everything mechanical that needs attn. I was expecting a very large bill, but got out for under $200.
