I suppose babies in nappies and cowboy boots might have a niche.
But to me it looks too much like toddlers in t-shirts and wellington boots (and nothing else - tuppences and winkies out for the world to see) Nasty, nasty. They usually come along with dogs on ropes and rusting kitchen appliances as garden furniture.

It looks like parents doing what parents do. Sticking something on the baby's feet - and in this case, it seems the natural order is for cowboy boots - and taking it for a waddle down the path.
Seriously, they would have had to put something on his feet. What's the issue with the boots? Someone probably gave him the boots as a present or something anyway. You kids are such haters. lol

It says a lot towards the argument for nurture though. I guess this kids growing up to be a cowboy whether his Mama likes it or not.
