I got mugged!

Now, don't get excited, it's not what you think.

I received a nice surprise in the mail, here at my office, on one of the crappiest mondays of all time (a comedy of errors, really) and it made my day, week, month, year...

A certain footed fellow knew I would love the mug, because the Filing Techniques comics are my favorite.

Then the regular cat and the one-eyed pirate cat wanted to get in on the fun.

Thanks! And thanks!

It's a fine mug. But look at that dual monitor and trackball goodness.

I love my dual monitor (handy for comparing for reconciliation of fundage) and trackball.

The t-ball is mine, an oldie. They tried to give me a new mouse the other week and I was like "NO!" Real micies hurt my wrist.

I had that same track ball, but it lacks a wheel. so I got this one:

'twas a slight adjustment because now you use the thumb on the ball instead of forefingers.... but the wheel is damned convenient for scrolling.

I've tried those. But I never really got used to the wheel on any mouse. The ball kind of does my wheeling for me.

When this one, and the one at home, breaks I'll probably be hard-pressed to find one like the old kind I have.

I have my old one. I'll mail it to you if you can't find one.

These might last forever, but I'll keep you in mind. Put it in a special hiding place for the day when I come to call for my trackball. And, if you're even close to anything like me, you'll never ever be able to find it again in your whole life.
