The Arctic express has decide to rest deep in Dixie for a few days.

Here's the chicken pie with cresent roll crust. An oatmeal pie.
Tomorrow I'm thinking Shake & bake porkchops.

Never having heard of oatmeal pie before, I went looking.
Oatmeal Pie, Recipezaar Whattaya know, it's a variant on pecan pie dating from the (American) Civil War.
