Great Customer Service Experienced from Geek Squad at Best Buy

PoloGirl's computer is over two years old, no warranty, no service contract. wouldn't turn on all of a sudden. Now power light either. Loose battery, fixed on the spot, no charge. It was a simple fix, but they could have charged and we would have paid.

Highly recommend them. I've always felt suss of Best Buy because they are the only gig in town if you don't want to buy online..... but this would be the reason why they didn't go under like all the others, I guess.....

This may be the first time I've heard of a good experience from Geek Squad.

I was a little surprised but do believe good customer service should be recognized

Agreed.

And bad should be called out, also.
