Sometimes, you need to chant something just to get thru the day.
Try this one and see how many people you can get saying it - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS -I HATE THIS PLACE - NOTHING WORKS HERE - THE MEDICATIONS DON'T WORK - I'VE BEEN HERE FOR SEVEN YEARS - ect. I've had a couple of work mantras. One is "Change is Evil, Change is Bad".

My favorite mantra: "Only two more days till Saturday... Only one more day till Saturday..."
Even better: "Only four more hours till I get out of this place!" |

I just sing Todd Rungren:
"I don't want to work I just want to bang on my drum all day"

You don't have to be insane to work here but it helps! -- can't remember where I read this from.

I just grumble-mumble, long unintelligible sentences punctuated by an occasional, clearly spoken, "praise Allah".

I sometimes get on the PA system and say "I love tatertots" in a dopey voice. I just love the interdepartmental memos - "Please do not use the 'Public Announcement System' for personal use." Ok, yeah, I'll get right on that.

No wonder I thought that the chant that started this thread had a real nuthouse feel to it.

I fucking hate this fucking place. We're all here when you're not all there. These are just a few examples of ours ... You have to have something to eat up the time in between having someone take a swing at you and sitting back and relaxing while discussing things like "which bodily fluid would you rather have contact with?" Just in case you were wondering, there's a fine line between purulent stool and bloody phlegm. It's really hard to choose.

Wolf , I get to see the FULL stages of decay ( Yes I have seen the FULL life cycle of Maggots , and seen a box break open at a Medical incenerator, Arms , Legs and various body parts floppin' accross the floor ) of most EVERY THING , but I think I will PASS on both of these :yuck :

See, you didn't have to touch the medical waste. That makes a big difference.
