You can now use the link at the bottom of every page. Just click on it and a new little chat window will open. It will show you with your cellar name, type in the bottom section of that window, hit enter and your words appear in chat.
I think that link is common to all pages so it doesn't matter where in the cellar you are, but I'm not sure ...
