I just watched like 3 hours with my boy of the TLC series "Brookhaven Rehabilitation Center," a show about really morbidly obese people and their struggles.

It is addicting.

They all complained about how hard it is to take off the weight instead of complaining about how irresponsible they were putting on the weight. And some don't even comply by the rules, some still order NYC delivery!

Oh yea, I saw that...it really is kind of is addicting. I find myself pulling for these folks, too.
