chrisinhouston Professor Join Date: Sep 2001 Location: Houston TX Posts: 1,857	Bread I baked I baked this yesterday. I guess I should have had something for scale but I forgot. The loaf was about 9 inches in diameter and was about 4 inches high. Just before I put it in the oven a large bird stepped on it and left his footprint! My wife and I must be on the anti-low-carb diet because we ate over have of it with lots of butter while it was still hot! Attached Images
