Occoneechee State Park (Part 1). This is the one I was trying to find when I ended up in Virginia. I still made it, but didn't realize how bad the trail was. And I was running out of sun. I want to go back, though.

Here's some bonus photos from Julian Price Park off the Blue Ridge Highway. Again, I got there later and was racing the sun. There were so many creek crossings. I was ecstatic I bought proper hiking boots.
