Fresh Homemade Burratta - Thin layer of mozzarella filled with a cheese mixture topped with fresh herbs, olive oil, garlic

Bruschetta of the day - Made with fig spread, goat (I think) cheese, prosciutto, drizzled with balsamic vinegar

Michelangelo - (Sandwich on baguette) Prosciutto parma, fresh mozzarella, crisped pancetta, broccoli rabe, olive oil, roasted red pepper pesto

First two items were shared with a friend. The sandwich was all me. Fat and happy
