I went out to get hummus to dip my chicken in with rice and veg on the side. When I got back to the office, I discovered my lunch was rotten. So, I only had hummus. Cry for me.

90% of my diet is chicken. My ex used to start looking for feathers when he realized just how much chicken I eat. Now that I am looking to put on muscle, I try to get 5 ounces every time I eat it

If only fried chicken was healthy, I would be golden

Quite tasty. I may experiment with the seasoning on the ground meat (turkey is kind of bland) and change the black soy sauce to oyster sauce for a different flavor than all soy.
