heres a suggestion - dont buy a house when youre about to lose your job. sorry, im bitter.
 actually, given my limited but recent experience, youre doing fine. i was actually having my house built, and that was a serious pain in the ass. i guess the only thing you didnt mention was make sure your down payment and closing costs are all in order. ~james |
