Another view of the sub from a boat. We often fish near it as it's moored in a deep channel. I reckon it's soon to submerge forever.

Is that a WW2 relic by any chance? Japanese, perhaps?

ETA On second thoughts, having had a closer look, perhaps not as old as WW2.
