Warm & Fuzzy
I’m warm and fuzzy tonight. I had a ’67 Chevy SS Convertible sitting out back. I’d taken the interior apart because the dash board had to be replaced, but life distracted me for a couple years and it sat. literally dozens of people had inquired about it but I kept saying no.
Last summer this guy came to the door offering to buy it. For some reason I said take it. He was so excited he almost dropped his little girl. 2 days later he came back with his boss’s rollback and it went. I knew where he worked from the truck but I never asked his name. Tonight he drove it back to show it to me and thank me again. He’s done a lot of work, welding in a new dashboard and putting the interior together. Next week he’s starting on the body and sending the trim out for rechroming. The man loves that car. And I’m warm and fuzzy. ![]()

I showed my hubby the picture and of course he drooled over it. He has a 56 F100 that he's been "restoring" for years but his dream is to have a 60's something convertible.
