I tried many combinations of Jobes, wife, dancers, and hose, and got nothing but porn sites from google It must just be a riddle, not referencing any sort of literature or movie.

There is another mention of this yellower person on I believe the page with the windmills as well. I think it is important, on both mentions it talks of him being the one to blame.....
