I went the domestic route today too. I made coconut, pineapple, mandarin orange and chocolate cherry angel food cake trifles(layers of cake, pudding and fruit) for Arsen. Then I made a huge pot of rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and slow cooked corned beef brisket with red wine. We have enough food to last all week. I even did the dishes, yay! then I ate too much and slept for the rest of the day. Arsen calked the windows and sat on the computer playing good songs and really irritating songs too.
There's a snowdrift behind our car that is taller than the car. I'm glad I don't have to work tomorrow, either. |

I feel left out. I've never lived in the snow. Damn these sunny 70 degree winter days!
