Are you sure - I've noticed the expansion of ear tissue on a number of our senior citizens, but cannot recall having witnessed any sudden eruptions in the nasal area (I could have said that better) when performimg annual visits on various elderly relatives. Sounds more like a rumour put around by the likes of Jimmy Durante, Charles de Gaulle and more recently Gerard Depardieu to me

No. In fact, a cursory Google search suggests that continued growth of both ears and nose may be an urban legend.
