I was thinking six. One for each corner of the house and one for each non-adjoining corner of the porch. Each with a 270 degree FOV would cover the entire area around the house with some overlap.

Still, it is good to see the Darwin Awards going video, now. It was pretty cool reading about all the idiots in the world taking themselves out of the gene pool, but it is even cooler to watch.
