The Dieter's Guide to Weight Loss During Sex was a very amusing book when I was in high school.
As was the story in Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex* about the calorie-counting prostitute who couldn't lose weight until she started accounting for the additional caloric intake related to her profession.
