Season Tickets - Go Oakland!

Any other SF Bay Area dwellars out there?

Today I got season tickets for the Oakland Raiders. Wooo hooo!

Living in New York, I was a Raiders fan since Super Bowl II in 1967. Now that I live out west, I can go live. After spending 12 years in Pittsburgh I am also a Steelers fan. October the Steelers visit Oakland. I can get extra tix to that game.

I also renewed my Warriors season tix this month. They may suck at times, but they are in a great division for selling tix based on opponents. So, I make a killing on Lakers games. And, I have mid-court aisle seats lower level.

In both cases, I have Club access. My regular bartender at the Warriors club also does the Raiders Club I'll be going to.

Tonight, I ordered a Raiders custom jersey #41 VILLAPIANO

The A's, I'll be going to on a single game basis.

Go Oakland!

Nice! I've been wanting to see a Warrior's game just for the hell of it even though I'm not into basketball. I'd like to enjoy the Raiders but I just can't while Al Davis is living and keeps making brain dead decisions (Aaron Brooks?!). I'm also a Broncos fan Still, Oakland > SF teams for always.

J-- I'd be glad to have you at a Warriors game next year. I give my guest a free ticket when someone goes with me. But, I take BART myself, so you'll have to figure out a way to get there. ....RS

Ja, that's the problem... as long as public transport is nearly non-existant in the North Bay it's a terrible ordeal to swing without a car. However those same friends wanted to see a Warrior's game too... vi skal se.

I'd have to guess they're pretty much givin' those away by now, huh? 4 and 12 last year, 5 and 11 the year before, 4 and 12 in 2003...ouch.

I was a Chiefs season ticket holder last year. Trust me, its no better being a fan here where they have a great won/loss record, and can't win a playoff game to save their souls...when they actually get to play in one at all, that is.

The Chiefs have suffered from a poor balance. Insane offense and terrible defense for the most part. I'm of the opinion uncle Al Davis needs to kick the bucket. He just isn't making astute player decisions, especially at QB. They got away from their strength with Gannon which was a short passing game with high completion percentage. Collins was not cut out for that and has genereally had too many interceptions. I'm not sure Brooks will do any better.
