It's Official!!!

Yesterday while at the Doctors, I was weighed, and I have broken the 300 pound mark. 295.2 Lbs I am so stoked!!! So I am gonna eat a big salad with Ham and cheeze to day to celebrate.

Thank You All, Trick if their is one is perseverance, and doing your own cooking.

I wish you would talk to my cousin. She's workin on 400lbs, and that's AFTER a full masectomy. Everything about her is breaking because of the added weight. She occasionally tries Weight Watchers or some flavor-of-the-month fad diet, but she just can't resist the chips and pie and junk like that.

How'd you break the mindset of needing so much food? That's what she needs to learn. Grats on your big milestone!
