I'm sure you wouldn't perceive unfounded attacks and slander against the President as hate-spewing, because in Libbyland it's only hate-spewing when conservatives tell the truth about DemocRATS. However, in a court of law, such obvious lying would result in jail time. As far as "harsh words"? Not at all. Using deception to give credibility to garbage is harsh.
